Q. Is only good for start-up businesses?

A. No, we can help start-ups, but equally SMEs, sole traders or entrepreneurs can benefit from the services we offer.

Q. What if I can't see the service or services I require on your list?

A. Don't worry, contact us with your specific needs and if we can help, we will.

Q. What if I only need short-term help?

A. That's fine, we can help you short-term or on an ad-hoc basis to get you through those things you're struggling to find time for.

Q. How about long-term?

A. If you think your business needs assistance on a more long-term basis, talk to us and we'll agree a package cost for you that doesn't blow your budget.

Q. So, can I have a flexible arrangement for services?

Q. Do you accept card payments?

A. We're not set up to take card payments, however we find BACS transfers really easy for most  businesses. 

Q. Why does mainly communicate via email?

A. As a virtual assistant to other businesses, we're better able to deliver the services to our clients when not tied up on the phone during the day with enquiries. Of course, if you do call us, we'll always get back to you as soon as we can.
